About the role
As one of two People and Development Consultants reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager, you will be part of the People team who will drive the implementation and delivery of best in class people management operations, processes and procedures.
You will work collaboratively with the wider People & Development team across the full employee life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding, colleague engagement, employee relations, organisational design, learning and development, health and wellbeing, policy development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, pay and reward, talent management and succession planning.
About you
You will have previous experience working with and advising line managers at all levels, with the ability to manage all employee relations cases within your allocated business area, in a sensitive and pragmatic way to achieve a balance between being an employer of choice and commercial interests. You will bring a significant breadth of knowledge on commonly used people concepts, best practices, and procedures in both employee relations and talent acquisition.
You will be confident working autonomously and will be able to prioritise competing demands. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident to communicate at all levels with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and confidentially.
