This role would suit a Mechanical Projects Manager proven experience managing Self Delivery Mechanical works for MTC Framework Contracts Minor Works projects, including within live buildings
The Role
* Manage mechanical contracts from tender stage through to completion.
* Oversee project planning, procurement, and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
The Person
* Experience in mechanical contracting or building services management.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
