The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.

This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, all specialist areas that require a dedicated point of contact for the team. To ensure team efficiency, this role requires a very organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills who is comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role involves supporting clients across various media globally. It requires high competency in managing and multitasking projects with diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with the team and stakeholders are essential. Regular updates to the Image Team Leaders and Head of Art are also required.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any part of the business, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to gauge priorities and contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during imagery development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative work based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Acquire thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, tracking job statuses daily.
* Keep the team updated on project statuses and motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Pay attention to detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete.
* Collaborate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments to prevent miscommunication.
* Manage accounts by raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins and invoices are issued promptly and accurately.
Skills
This position requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and/or photography is advantageous. A willingness to learn the team's software to better understand timings and processes will enhance performance. The ideal candidate is a decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, composure under pressure, proactive attitude, and a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
