Joining a collaborative team, you will deal with a wide range of real estate disputes including commercial landlord and tenant matters such as leases renewals, break notices, dilapidations, land disputes including boundary disputes, rights of way, overage agreements and some residential possession claims. THE CANDIDATE: With a strong pipeline of work, the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will have experience in litigation or property related disputes. At the NQ level, we are keen to hear from candidates with strong litigation exposure, commercial awareness, and enthusiasm and drive to specialise in real estate disputes. For more experienced Property Litigation Solicitors, solid experience in real estate litigation is sought.
