Job Summary
We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Duties
* Operate CNC machines, including milling and turning centres, to manufacture components as per specifications.
* Set up and adjust machine tools, including tooling and fixtures, for optimal performance.
* Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
* Conduct quality checks using basic math skills to measure dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
* Collaborate with team members in the process.
* Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in CNC operation or related fields such as fabrication or assembly will be an advantage.
* Familiarity with hand tools and materials handling practices will be an advantage.
* Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
