As an Internal Sales Coordinator you will join our internal sales team in our Peterborough offices. You will be expected to complete administrative tasks, whilst assisting with internal sales, raising of orders, and answering incoming calls. Customer service is to be number one priority within the role.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
·Developing sales to new and existing customers
·Administrational tasks such as filing, generating courier tickets and creating dispatch paperwork
·Handling customer enquiries via phone or email
·Maintaining the CRM database
·Administration and monitoring of orders
·Providing and following up quotations
·Key account internal management and support
·Providing exceptional customer service and specialist product knowledge
