ABOUT THE CLIENT
Due to continued growth, we're recruiting for a Sales Support professional to join a well-established technology services organisation based in Leeds. The business delivers advanced solutions and professional services to enterprise clients and is known for its collaborative culture and operational excellence.

THE SALES SUPPORT ROLE:
You will provide essential operational support to Business Development and Account Management teams, ensuring smooth sales processes from enquiry through to order completion.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Preparing accurate quotations and proposals in line with pricing guidelines
• Maintaining and updating CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar)
• Supporting pipeline management and sales forecasting
• Processing sales orders and liaising with finance, operations and technical teams
• Coordinating marketing activities including email campaigns and events
• Organising webinars, trade shows and sales meetings
• Preparing sales reports, presentations and data analysis
• Supporting customer onboarding and after-sales processes
• Maintaining sales documentation in line with company standards
This role would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
SALES SUPPORT ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support or sales administration
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience generating quotations and processing orders
• Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Customer-focused with professional telephone manner
Desirable:
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or events
• Exposure to the technology, IT services or B2B sector
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
