About the role: We wouldn’t be able to positively impact the way the world shops without our passionate team members – who keep our business running, our vans delivering, our customers’ products picked and packed, and our proprietary technology operating at optimum levels. We now have an opportunity for a Network Inbound Manager to join our Operations team. This role exists to ensure the efficient, ethical, and compliant management of our inbound supply chain across multiple stakeholders including Ocado Retail Ltd (ORL) and Morrisons. You’ll set up governance frameworks, monitor performance, resolve issues, and foster collaboration that underpins the growth and success of Ocado Logistics. As a Network Inbound Manager you will use your skills in supply chain governance, stakeholder management, and process improvement to: Monitor and review inbound performance, escalating systemic issues that impact KPIs. Oversee governance processes for capacity compliance to support growth ambitions. Establish clear triage and escalation pathways for inbound issues across ORL and Morrisons. Run weekly reviews and monthly forums to align teams, surface risks, and drive improvements. Shape tool/reporting requirements to enable Retailers and Operations teams to self-serve. To succeed as a Network Inbound Manager, you will bring: Strong knowledge of retail, supply chain, or fulfilmet operations. Confidence working with data, KPIs, and root cause analysis. Experience building and embedding new processes across teams. Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. Calmness under pressure with the ability to keep teams aligned in a crisis.
