Overview
Hollywood Bowl Group is looking for a Contact Centre Advisor in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. You will be part of a busy contact centre handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting customers with the bowling and entertainment experiences we offer.
Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of calls (approximately 1,200–3,000 per day, with peaks above 4,000) from customers across UK Hollywood Bowl, Puttstars, and 6 Splitsville sites in Canada.
* Sell and advise on our bowling experiences and related offers to current and potential customers.
* Identify customer needs, generate additional sales, and ensure customers receive the best offers.
* Maintain a confident, professional telephone manner and work as part of a motivated, flexible team to meet targets and deliver excellent service.
