Core Responsibilities Responsible for building an accurate topline demand plan for Amazon Western Europe (9 markets) by transforming multiple retail data inputs into robust assumptions. Drive the monthly sales planning cycle for Amazon EU9: assess prior plan and reflect timely changes to assumptions, identify gaps to key performance metrics and drive actions to address these, secure all relevant stakeholder possess a comprehensive understanding of the latest plan. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the latest plans incorporate current marketing and retail activities, product launch volumes, and market-specific insights. Lead the Amazon forecasting workstream to enhance our joint forecasting alignment. Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to forecasting tools and processes. Support Key Account Management team with item level forecast on novelties and in season key lines. Play your part in our team succeeding! The role supports the broader business to evaluate the value of the existing plans, enabling senior management to identify gaps to target and to take corrective action. The output of your work will also be used by supply chain to ensure the right products are manufactured at the right time, improving In-Stock Availability whilst avoiding the generation of waste. The demand planning manager role is “multilingual” as it is used to inform supply chain (volume) and commercial planning processes (value). Do you have what it takes Proven experience in similar roles within multinational consumer goods company, such as commercial planning and/or supply chain planning Strong analytical skills and attention to details Strong proficiency in analyzing multiple retail data inputs and converting this into robust assumptions Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise material Person with a passion for digital tools and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders within a broad organization across Western Europe Proven ability to deliver high-quality results under time pressure Commercially savvy and possessing a continuous improvement mindset, focused on driving progress and efficiency Proficient in English Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
