Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver and evaluate evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions for individual pupils and small groups. Conduct assessments to identify communication needs and develop bespoke therapy plans. Collaborate with teaching staff to embed communication targets into classroom practice. Provide training, guidance and support to school staff and parents on effective communication strategies.
