GSL Education are recruiting a Computer Science (CS) Teacher to work within schools in Sheffield, located in the S11 area, delivering engaging lessons that develop problem‑solving skills and digital understanding. As a Computer Science Teacher, you will teach programming, algorithms, and digital systems through structured, practical lessons that build logical thinking and spark curiosity about technology. Main Responsibilities: Deliver clear and well-planned computing lessons suited to different ability levels. Support pupils in developing coding, computational thinking, and problem-solving skills. Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve and progress. Maintain a focused, well-managed classroom environment. Monitor progress and keep accurate assessment records. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and confidence working as a Computer Science Teacher. Effective communication and organisational skills. A clear understanding of safeguarding and school expectations. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
