This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional service while managing a high volume of client interactions and administrative tasks. What You'll Be Doing: Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Processing and managing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Maintaining and updating client records and databases to ensure accuracy. Monitoring stock levels and proactively managing customer requirements. Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties and providing cover during absences. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
