Responsibilities
Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager blends patient care and commercial focus, leading the pharmacy team to deliver an outstanding patient experience, maintain patient safety and achieve all pharmacy‑related targets and deadlines. The role requires strong leadership with a passion for healthcare, driving a profitable business while ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance. The manager coaches and develops direct reports and locums, supporting a high‑standard professional customer service environment.

* Week 1 – Saturday 09:00–21:00, Monday 09:00–21:00, Tuesday 09:00–21:00, Thursday 09:00–21:00
* Week 2 – Monday 09:00–21:00, Tuesday 09:00–21:00, Wednesday 09:00–21:00, Friday 09:00–21:00
Qualifications
* Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
* Accredited to deliver national and local NHS and private healthcare services
* Ability to balance line‑manager and pharmacist responsibilities for a safe working environment
* Experience motivating the team to achieve defined Key Result Areas (KRAs)
* Skilled in addressing challenging situations and maintaining strong linkages with store and field teams
* Valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, and safeguarding qualifications
* Acceptance of a DBS check and enrollment in the live update service
