We are looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.
What you'll do:
1. Conduct HSW site visits (inspections, advisory or engagement) to ensure AMS compliance and record findings on the Alliance reporting platform
2. Support operational teams in developing safety behaviors aligned with the Safer element of LIFE strategy
3. Provide guidance and support for onsite behavioural Safety training and initiatives
4. Engage key stakeholders to identify and plan for organizational behavioral needs
5. Facilitate open communication across all parts of the Alliance
What you'll bring to the role:
6. Previous experience in Construction or Utilities
7. NEBOSH Construction Certificate
8. Technician grade membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH) or above
9. CSCS Safety Professional card
10. Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
11. Working towards chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH)
