Role Responsibilities Preparing statutory year-end accounts for a varied portfolio of limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders Producing management accounts and undertaking bookkeeping as required Preparing corporate and personal tax computations and returns Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing guidance, support, and training where appropriate Liaising directly with clients to build strong, long-lasting relationships Working closely with partners and managers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of client services Skills & Experience ACA / ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified (QBE also considered) Experience within an accountancy practice is essential Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance Competent user of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, IRIS, or similar Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage your workload effectively and work to deadlines About the Firm The firm has built an excellent reputation across Nottinghamshire for delivering high-quality accountancy and advisory services to a broad range of owner-managed businesses.
