Sales Director – New Build Housing Developer
Location: Bedfordshire (Office-based with regional travel)
Salary: £85,000 – £100,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and deliver robust regional sales strategies aligned with business goals

Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to meet and exceed targets
*
Drive continuous improvement in sales performance, customer engagement, and service delivery
*
Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure consistency of branding and messaging
*
Oversee pricing, incentives, and product positioning for new developments
*
Monitor sales KPIs, generate forecasts, and report to the senior leadership team
*
Ensure seamless sales progression, customer communication, and aftercare support
*
Support new site launches and drive early sales performance
*
Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and market conditions
*
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the Consumer Code and NHQB
*
Foster cross-functional collaboration across build, customer care, and land teams
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within residential development (housebuilding)
*
Demonstrable success in delivering sales targets and driving business growth
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
*
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
*
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
*
Knowledge of housing market trends, customer behaviour, and planning regulations
*
Full UK driving licence
