Finishing & Assembly Technician Pay: £34,728 Location: Tewkesbury Sector: Aerospace Contract: 12x Month FTC Pattern: Mon-Thu (7:30-16:15) & Fri (7:30-11:30) Role Overview We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Assemblers / Finishers to join a busy Manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting both New Build and Aftermarket Aerospace and Industrial programmes, contributing to the assembly, finishing, and testing of high-quality components. This position offers a clear progression pathway to Semi-Skilled Assembler / Finishers within approximately two years, with further development opportunities into Level 2, Level 3, Cell Trainer, or Cell Leader roles.
