Must have's
* Previous experience as a Business Manager or Senior Sales professional
* Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
* Proven ability to drive performance in a compliant sales environment
* Excellent coaching, communication and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence

* Managing and coaching the sales team to achieve agreed targets using finance and insurance products
* Maximising department volume and profitability while maintaining full compliance
* Coaching sales executives to optimise results from all sales opportunities
* Actively managing the customer enquiry system to generate repeat and new business
* Supporting customer interactions as a second face to enhance the sales experience
* Monitoring individual and team performance against objectives and targets
* Managing customer accounts to ensure funds are in place prior to vehicle collection
* Acting as first point of contact for finance or insurance-related queries or complaints
