What You'll Be Doing
This isn't your typical sales role. You'll own everything from finding prospects to getting contracts signed. We need someone who gets excited about building relationships and solving problems, not just hitting quotas.
Finding New Business You'll be out there identifying companies that need security testing - think banks, hospitals, manufacturers, councils. Cold calling, LinkedIn, trade events, whatever works. The territory is yours to build.
Having Real Conversations Forget scripts. You'll have proper discussions with IT directors, security managers, compliance teams about what keeps them awake at night. Then you'll explain how penetration testing and red team exercises can help them sleep better.
Getting Deals Done Writing proposals, handling negotiations, managing the paperwork. You'll quote projects worth £10k to £200k+ and see them through to completion. Our technical team will back you up on the complicated bits.
Who We're Looking For
Essential Stuff
* Sold B2B Penetration Testing services before (3+ years), ideally getting technical
* Experience with channel sales and building long lasting relationships
* Can have a sensible conversation about Red Teams, compliance, and cyber threats without sounding like a robot
* Comfortable with longer sales cycles - these deals take time
* Organised enough to juggle multiple prospects without dropping balls
Nice to Have
* Actually worked in IT or security (not essential but helpful)
* Knows what SOC2, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials actually mean
* Has contacts in the security world already
