Job Purpose
Deliver an end‑to‑end, customer‑focused housing management service across a designated patch of sheltered housing properties, maintaining a strong presence within the community and fostering positive customer relationships to drive tenancy sustainment and estate standards, whilst ensuring compliance with Raven, legal, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct pre‑tenancy assessments to confirm property suitability for new tenants and complete tenancy sign‑ups.
* Provide tailored sign‑posting to statutory agencies, charities, and other support services to address individual needs.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure buildings and communal areas meet Raven’s safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
* Report and follow up on any repairs or maintenance issues to ensure swift resolution and maintain property standards.
* Participate in multi‑agency support plans, ensuring customers understand their commitments and are supported to achieve them.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Housing or Care environment in a similar role.
* Knowledge of tenancy agreements, obligations, and relevant housing legislation.
* Understanding of safeguarding principles and experience working with vulnerable individuals and families.
* Experience carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
* DBS clearance is required for this role.
