We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead technical support and training across our organization. What do we expect from you?
As a Technical Product Manager, you will ensure our teams and customers receive top technical support. You will lead a team of Technical Product Training Managers, collaborate with suppliers on product improvements, and work cross-functionally to ensure robust training and troubleshooting resources. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues for internal teams and field technicians. Provide guidance on maintenance and software updates to optimize product performance. Training and Knowledge Sharing
Lead and support Technical Product Training Managers in delivering high-quality training. Align training with business needs and competency frameworks in collaboration with HR and People Development. Supplier and Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement product improvements. Ensure correct product specification and usage through ongoing engagement. Support Infrastructure and Tools
Manage support channels including phone, email, live chat, remote access, and on-site visits. Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with technical documentation and self-help resources. Continuous Improvement and Best Practice
Monitor support trends and user feedback for improvements. Promote best practices in technical support, including clear communication and proactive issue prevention. The role is based in Ashford, Kent. The successful candidate must live within commuting distance. Skills and Experience Required
Experience in technical product training Strong knowledge and experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and people management Excellent communication skills for explaining complex issues Proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Flexibility to travel and adapt to business needs Commitment to high-quality support Willingness to stay updated on new technologies Experience working with suppliers on product issues and improvements Full UK driving license and valid passport (travel outside the EU required) What You Can Expect From Us
