We have an opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join Clancy, working closely with our South West Water team. Based within our client's offices, this role is key in supporting both our customers and operational teams. You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving customer queries related to works carried out on the water network, as well as assisting the Contracts and Project Manager with planned schemes.
You'll act as a central point of contact, ensuring that customer issues are dealt with efficiently and professionally, helping maintain the high standards expected by both Clancy and South West Water.

1. Managing and taking ownership of customer enquiries and complaints, liaising internally with Clancy regional teams and externally with clients and their customers
