Training & development

Your role as an Early Years Educator
You will:
* Deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
* Support children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual development
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
* Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and best practice at all times
What we are looking for
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential)
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
* A caring, energetic and child-focused approach
* Enhanced DBS check (required)
* Paediatric First Aid or willingness to complete training
