The nursery offers a warm, inclusive environment and is committed to delivering high-quality Early Years education and care. The Role We are seeking a passionate and reliable Level 2 or 3 Nursery Nurse to join the Early Years team. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining excellent standards of care, learning, and development, while acting as a positive role model for children and colleagues alike. Key Responsibilities -Act as a role model within the Early Years setting, consistently implementing the EYFS framework -Support the development of the nursery room, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards -Work collaboratively with the Room Leader to deliver nursery initiatives -Take responsibility (or shared responsibility) for specific Early Years projects or activities -Follow and promote best safeguarding practices at all times -Maintain high standards in daily practice and contribute to internal audits Skills & Experience Required -Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification -Experience working with Early Years and in nurseries -Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework -Awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework -Ability to work effectively as part of a team -Strong interpersonal and customer service skills -Enhanced DBS on the update service
