Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a Leading Consultancy in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for 3 months. Role: Our client is looking for an immediate temporary, Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties: This role is 5 days per week in the office based in Euston Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (three-way matching) Ensure proper approval and coding of invoices according to company policies Prepare and execute payment runs (e.g., bank transfers, checks) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations Ensure compliance with financial controls and company procedures Profile: The successful temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or have over 2 years experience. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client are a Leading Consultancy based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Salary & Benefits: This role is paying between £15-£18p/h, dependant on experience.
