Location: Chester & Wrexham | Full-Time | Starting from £40,000 + Bonus & Commission
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to step into a leadership role as our Head of Education at Teach Match — an ambitious and growing education recruitment company.

What you'll do:
* Lead and grow our education recruitment offering
* Manage key client relationships and drive new business
* Mentor junior consultants and shape the team’s success
* Oversee candidate pipelines and ensure top-tier placements
* Use data, insight, and market knowledge to stay ahead of trends
You’ll need:
* Proven success in education recruitment or a similar sector
* Confidence managing key accounts and winning new business
* A leadership mindset – able to inspire and grow a team
* Strategic thinking and a passion for results
* Driving licence required
