Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Refuse / Recycling Loaders to join a dedicated team in Willand, near Tiverton. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity within the Public Sector, offering excellent long-term benefits once taken on contract, including a strong pension scheme.
Key Duties:
* Work as part of a team to collect recycling from residential addresses.
* Load recycling and waste safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
* Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
* Experience in waste or outdoor work is an advantage but not essential.
* Full training provided.
What We Offer:
* Basic pay: £12.85 per hour.
* Overtime (after 37 hours): £19.27 per hour.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - finish (typically between 1pm and 4pm).
* Temporary to permanent opportunity with excellent public sector benefits.
