Our Windsor based client is looking for a skilled HR Generalist with a strong focus on benefits and reward. This office-based role offers the opportunity to manage HR processes, develop benefit schemes, and provide hands-on HR support across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be confident, organised, and able to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion, while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing HR team. This fantastic opportunity offers a salary of up to £55,000 dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist role are: * Develop, implement, and maintain competitive benefit schemes across the EMEA region * Manage providers, brokers, and administration partners, ensuring schemes meet organisational and employee needs * Analyse market data to support continuous improvement of reward and benefit programmes * Support core reward processes, including salary reviews, job evaluation, and benchmarking * Act as the main contact for benefit queries and lead employee wellbeing initiatives * Manage full HR lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, absence, probation, appraisals, and employee queries * Prepare and administer contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation * Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and reports, including headcount and absence * Administer DBS/background checks and ensure compliance with legislation and data protection * Support HR projects, operational activities, and cover for colleagues as required Skills Required the HR Generalist role are: * Minimum five years’ HR experience, with current or recent experience as a HR Generalist or more senior * Extensive experience with Workday or other HCM systems * Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice * Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across multiple regions * Self-motivated, highly organised, and detail-oriented * CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD (desirable) This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional seeking a challenging and rewarding generalist role with a benefits and reward focus, supporting colleagues across multiple regions in a collaborative and supportive environment
