We're looking for a Legal Practice Manager who thrives in a small and busy office, enjoys variety, and is eager to make a real impact. If you've got managerial experience and a drive to grow with a forward-thinking team, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing - You'll be the go-to person for the Managing Partner and the heartbeat of the office. Your role will span across:
* Team & Office Management: Diary coordination, office oversight, and keeping supplies in check
* Client Liaison: Supporting onboarding, AML checks, and client communications
* File & Case Management: Keeping everything organised and compliant
* Finance & Legal Cashiering: Billing, budgeting, and credit control
* Sales & Business Development: Collaborating with marketing, attending networking events
* HR Support: Recruitment, contracts, inductions, and performance reviews
* IT & Compliance: Liaising with IT providers, managing updates, and improving workflows
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in a similar role (legal sector preferred)
* Sharp attention to detail and calm under pressure
* Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
* A self-starter with basic project management skills
* A team player who's ready to grow and take initiative
