What You’ll Be Doing… As an Experienced Mixologist you will be at the heart of our premium guest experience, showcasing exceptional craft, creativity, and beverage expertise in our luxury airport lounge. You will bring artistry, deep product knowledge, and effortless flair to every interaction, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable, elevated moment before their journey. Working closely with the Executive Chef, Lounge Hosts, and the Site Director, you will help curate a cohesive, premium food and beverage experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality. Create and serve beautifully crafted cocktails, mocktails, wines, and premium beverages with precision, confidence, and flair Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised guest engagement that elevates each customer’s journey Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to develop thoughtful food and drink pairings, seasonal specials, and premium menu experiences Liaise with Lounge Hosts to ensure seamless frontofhouse service and consistent guest flow Partner with the Site Director and lounge leadership team to uphold operational excellence, brand standards, and a premium lounge atmosphere Manage bar stock levels, ordering, rotation, waste control, and accurate stock reporting Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, H&S, allergen awareness, and food safety standards Maintain an immaculate bar environment, ensuring presentation, cleanliness, and ambience meet luxury expectations Support the training, coaching, and motivation of bar colleagues, sharing knowledge and encouraging development Provide timely and accurate management or operational reporting as required Working Pattern: 5 Out of 7 Days | 10:00am - 6:00pm | 37.5 Hours Per Week Salary: £13.45 per hour (£26,298.11 per annum) Job ID: 6049 What Can You Bring? Proven experience as a bartender, mixologist, sommelier, or in a premium beverage led setting Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, mixology techniques, flavour profiles, and food-and-drink pairing principles Natural confidence, showmanship, and flair behind the bar A genuine commitment to service excellence and creating memorable guest moments Professionalism, polish, and the ability to thrive in a high-end hospitality environment Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels, including chefs, hosts, and leadership A team-focused, proactive approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure Experience in luxury hospitality, airport lounges, premium bars, or fine dining (desirable)
