The Role
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a General Manager. Your focus will be to lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring and stimulating environment, while meeting regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care based on best practice.
* Recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home.
* Acting as a focal point for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals involved in residents’ wellbeing.
* Ensuring safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in line with occupancy and dependency.
* Providing ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
* Managing costs within budgetary controls, reviewing regularly and monitoring stock.
Your Profile

Qualifications
* Minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment.
* Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; competent in IT.
* Adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
