21.9 hours per week (Wednesday‑Friday)
Hours: 8am – 4pm on Wednesday‑Friday
Salary: Grade A FTE £24,796 – £28,142
Role: Permanent, term time only – starting 20/05/2026

What we are looking for?
We are looking for a friendly, organised and highly efficient part‑time school administrative assistant to be the welcoming face of our school.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors
* Manage incoming calls, emails and front desk queries
* Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and distributing information
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Qualifications
* Warm, professional and confident when dealing with the public
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office)
* Committed to safeguarding and child welfare
