Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service/Administrator to work for this small and dynamic organisation based in the Watford area. The role is office based, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
You will utilise your exemplary telephone skills to handle incoming enquiries from the public and business customers seeking assistance, outline the service provided, and connect them with the relevant team member. This role is all-encompassing and would suit someone who is prepared to "muck in" and get the job done.
You will have excellent IT ability including Word and Excel and be adept at picking up new systems quickly. You will be accurate in your work, as quality is the backbone of what we do. You will be used to liaising with a variety of people on the phone and have excellent grammar.
Salary up to £30,000 per annum with free parking and a social atmosphere. They are looking for someone asap, so please apply now!
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming enquiries by telephone from the public and business customers, provide information about services, and route inquiries to the appropriate team.
* Maintain accurate data entry and records; ensure high quality output.
* Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers, demonstrating excellent grammar and professional telephone manners.
* Proficient in IT tools, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Work collaboratively in a small team and be willing to "muck in" to get the job done.
Requirements
* Entry-level experience welcome (customer service/administration).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Office-based, Watford area; Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm.
