Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager:
As the Store Manager you will be a true brand ambassador and lead the team by example.
You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the brand.
Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
Operationally, you will manage efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain a strong understanding of the retail market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.What we are looking for:
Proven experience in retail management as Assistant or Store Manager level.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
