About the Role
Hyperfast is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the delivery of programmes within our Rearrangements Department. The role involves managing orders, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting operational practices to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and progress orders using CRM and Arc software platforms.
2. Manage shared inbox and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
3. Issue work to suppliers, update progress, and maintain trackers.
4. Conduct quality and compliance reviews for orders.
5. Identify and address working constraints in collaboration with the Rearrangements Manager.
6. Assist with reporting, database management, and record maintenance to ensure compliance.
7. Contribute ideas for improvements and innovations.
Candidate Requirements
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
3. Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a team.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
6. Experience in the telecoms industry and PIA network is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
