Job Description

As IT Contract and Commercial Manager you will report into a Senior Contract Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in contracts, commercial management, or supplier relationships who is ready to progress their career. Whether you’re new to IT contracts or already well-versed, you’ll play a key role in driving performance and adding real value. If you enjoy building strong partnerships and making a tangible impact, this role is for you. You will play a key role in managing major third‑party IT suppliers, helping strengthen supplier relationships, enhance performance, and deliver real commercial value through effective governance, negotiation, and contract management.


The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Contract and Commercial Manager should have:

* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business and with suppliers.
* Experienced in leading governance processes within regulated environments, ensuring compliance, transparency, and operational excellence.
* Skilled negotiator with a track record of supporting and leading complex IT contract negotiations.
* Experience in managing and calling off from complex IT framework agreements.
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience; a CIPS qualification is desirable.
