Our clients, a well-established financial firm, are looking to add to their team with the addition of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in the Leeds area. They work with several referral partners, including Estate Agents and Accountants and are rapidly expanding.
This position will suit an individual seeking a long-term opportunity who is keen to learn and qualify as a Mortgage Advisor.
Working hours:
1. Monday – Friday
2. Full-time
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
3. £25,000 - £30,000 Basic
4. £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
5. Full Training with the opportunity to gain Mortgage qualifications
Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:
6. Driven and hungry mentality
7. Desire to learn and study for CeMAP qualifications
8. Strong administrative and sales skills
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will involve:
9. Assisting with Mortgage Administration and Marketing
10. Learning how to become a Mortgage Advisor by working closely with and assisting experienced Advisors
11. Once qualified and trained, the ability to write Mortgage and Protection business.
