An exciting new opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team at Adams Morey in Camborne, with relocation to our Roche site.

Salary: £30,000 per annum plus overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday on a rota basis 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week plus overtime
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify parts for the front and back counters.
* Check off stock and accurately store it, maintaining a tidy stock area.
* Pick orders and place them on the delivery shelves.
* Process returns to the supplier.
* Handle customer credits.
* Manage warranty returns.
* Stock receipting on DMS.
Ideally, we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar role with commercial vehicle parts experience.
* Excellent customer service and strong administrative skills.
* A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Experience working to performance targets.
* Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge, or Keyloop would be advantageous.
