Daily Duties
8. Work across all RIBA stages, from initial concept design through to technical delivery and construction
9. Manage multiple or complex projects from inception to completion
10. Interpret project briefs and lead the development of design proposals through to detailed design
11. Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
12. Coordinate design submissions and technical information, including drawings, reports, and specifications
13. Manage project fees and invoicing, with administrative support where required
14. Contribute to securing new work and supporting business development activities
15. Promote the practice and contribute to positive profile and PR
16. Lead small project teams while collaborating within a larger multidisciplinary environment
17. Attend site visits and support regional project work as required
Ideal Candidate
18. ARB-registered UK-qualified Architect
19. Strong design capability supported by solid technical knowledge
20. Proven proficiency in Revit (essential)
21. Professional experience within a high-quality, design-led architectural practice
22. Strong interest in large-scale projects, with the ability to manage smaller or multiple projects concurrently
23. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and lead small teams independently
24. Excellent drawing, presentation, and communication skills
25. Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client-facing roles
26. Awareness of the sensitivities involved in client communication and presentations
27. Ability to balance competing workloads across multiple projects
28. Demonstrable experience coordinating technical information and design submissions
29. Full UK driving licence (essential)
