ABOUT THE JOB
This position will be responsible for recruiting, nurturing, and managing our EMEA Partner relations. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team to identify and qualify partners to add to the Partner community. You will ensure successful achievement of go-to-market activities that generate qualified leads for Field Sales through our Partner Networks. The individual will engage with senior leaders at partner companies to facilitate opportunities, manage existing ones, and communicate product and company messaging.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop, monitor, manage, and achieve partner go-to-market revenue objectives and enablement goals, fostering the sustainable development of OneStream skills and Practice scale within each partner.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage partners regularly to ensure proper communication of OneStream product information and messaging.
3. Ensure partners comply with OneStream Partner policies.
4. Serve as the main contact for all Partner communication, including conflict resolution.
5. Achieve company objectives related to assigned partner regions and report progress to the executive management team.
6. Deliver presentations at various public and internal OneStream events.
Formal Education and Certification
* University degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge and Experience
* 5+ years of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) experience.
* 3+ years of experience in Partner, Channel, Alliance, or Vendor management.
* Deep sales, marketing, or channel experience with a technology solution offering.
* Proven success in building effective, sustainable relationships internally and with partners.
* Ability to perform analytics to evaluate partner success and support the sales pipeline and territory requirements.
* Experience with technologies such as SAP (BPC, BFC), Oracle/Hyperion (EPM, HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDM), IBM (Cognos, TM1), Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, Host Analytics/Planful, Board International, Workday/Adaptive Insights, Workiva, Blackline, Trintech.
