Are you fluent in German and English and passionate about delivering great customer service? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, fast‑paced team supporting international ferry bookings and sales operations based near Dover.

You'll be part of a close‑knit team of six, playing a key role in supporting customers, managing ferry reservations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and loves using their language skills in a practical, rewarding way.

✨ The Role:

Handling ferry booking enquiries from English and German‑speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
Providing knowledgeable sales support, advising on routes, schedules, and pricing
Processing job charges and passing information accurately to the administration team
Assisting with booking amendments and cancellations in line with company policies
Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable travel options, including upselling services where appropriate
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards
Working closely with finance and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Consistently delivering outstanding customer service in both German and English

✅ What We're Looking For:

Fluent German (essential)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a busy, customer‑focused environment

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (three weeks out of four)
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (one week out of four)
