Year 5 Teacher Required – Littleborough
Role Details:
1. Location: Littleborough
2. Year Group: Year 5
3. Positions Available: Supply & Full-Time
4. Pay Rate: £140 – £240 per day, depending on experience and role type
Key Responsibilities:
5. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 5 / Key Stage 2 curriculum
6. Prepare pupils for the increasing academic expectations of upper KS2
7. Create a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment
8. Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress
9. Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
Essential Requirements:
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
11. Experience teaching Year 5 or upper Key Stage 2 preferred
12. Must be able to drive, due to school location and accessibility
13. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
14. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
15. A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
16. A strong commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing
