Position - Registered Children's Manager

What would your responsibilities be ?
Provide clear leadership to staff, promoting a positive, child-centred culture.
Ensure the delivery of safe, nurturing, and high-quality care that meets each young person's individual needs.
Oversee safeguarding practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous service improvement.
Manage resources effectively to ensure the home remains a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all residents.This role is accountable to the Responsible Individual and is central to achieving the organisation's commitment to helping children and young people thrive.
Requirements?
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services, or an equivalent qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4 with Registered Manager's Award).
Or commitment to enrol on the Level 5 Diploma within 3 months of appointment and achieve it within 2 years.
Ongoing record of professional development in residential childcare, safeguarding, and/or leadership.
Registered (or eligible to register) with Ofsted as a Registered Manager.
