The Role:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Deliver consistently high-quality, fresh food
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
What theyre looking for:
An experienced Chef Manager or a strong Sous/Head Chef ready to step up
Proven leadership and organisational skills
A passion for delivering high standards of food and service
Ability to manage a kitchen independently
Willingness to undergo security clearance
