Our client a well established company based in the Caerphilly area is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who is just as comfortable organising people and processes as you are speaking with customers and spotting new business opportunities. What You'll Be Doing
1. Coordinating day-to-day operations of the sales office and supporting team members
2. Supervise a small administration team
3. Preparing proposals, managing client records, and supporting the sales process from lead to close
4. Tracking KPIs and helping to drive performance improvements
5. Ensuring our CRM and internal systems are up to date and running smoothly
6. Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
7. Handling client enquiries and delivering excellent service
8. Creating reports and insights for senior management
9. Keeping the office organised, positive, and productive
What We're Looking For
10. Experience in sales coordination, admin operations or team leadership
11. Confident, proactive communicator who enjoys building strong relationships
12. A people-focused, adaptable team player who thrives under pressure
13. Detail-oriented and highly organised - someone who spots the small stuff
14. Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and ideally LinkedIn Sales Navigator
