* About The Rosses
The Rosses is a non-24-hour supported housing service based in Londonderry. We support adults living with enduring mental health challengesranging from depression and anxiety to personality disordersto maintain their tenancies and live as independently as possible. We also provide general housing support to tenants from local housing waiting lists.
Our team doesn't deliver personal care or medication supportinstead, we empower people with the life skills and practical help they need to thrive, whether that's managing appointments, developing routines, connecting with others or navigating the world of housing and benefits. Every flat here is self-contained, allowing our residents to feel truly at home.
We work in partnership with Choice Housing and multiple local professionals (e.g. Community Mental Health Teams, Allied Health Professionals) to provide wrap-around, tailored support.
* What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Worker, you'll become part of a small, person-centred team who support people with:
* Maintaining their tenancy and independent living skills
* Building social connections and reducing isolation
* Managing appointments, health concerns, and financial needs
* Creating personalised support and safety plans
* Liaising with health professionals, families and community services
* Encouraging participation in activities like breakfast clubs, bingo, book groups, gardening, and more
* Supporting day-to-day running of the service including H&S checks, note recording (on iPlanit), and Choice Housing coordination
?? Shifts You'll Work
You'll Work Monday To Friday With
* Four long days (8:00am - 5:00pm)
* One short day (8:00am - 2:00pm)
