The Senior Electrical Project Manager will lead the electrical delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project.
You will take ownership of a large electrical package managing the full lifecycle from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, leading a high-performing delivery team on a technically complex project.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge mission critical infrastructure with a contractor delivering some of the UK and Europe’s largest data centre developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the electrical delivery team including PMs, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
* Manage the electrical programme, procurement and installation
* Ensure delivery against programme, budget and quality targets
* Coordinate with main contractor, client and consultant teams
* Oversee design coordination and technical compliance
* Lead testing, commissioning and handover activities
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and project reporting
Experience Required
* Experience delivering large electrical packages (£20m+) on major construction projects
* Previous role as Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager
* Data centre, mission critical, pharmaceutical, or large industrial project experience preferred
* Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience
* Solid understanding of electrical building services infrastructure
* Client facing professional manner
