Role Overview
We have grown sales and volume, outperformed the market, and laid foundations for more sustainable growth. You will take day‑to‑day responsibility, grow the team (currently 9) and continue business growth while we manage the big picture.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a national sales team.
* Conduct customer visits and support their needs.
* Identify skill gaps and motivate team members.
* Serve as the conduit between management and the sales team.
* Gradually increase influence and input over strategy.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of relevant experience in national sales management.
* Proven track record of growing teams, increasing sales and margin.
* Experience working with Builders Merchants, Contractors and Builders.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
Benefits and Compensation
* Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum.
