Job Description
* Conduct comprehensive health & safety and fire risk assessments across residential sites and hotels
* Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and provide practical, compliant recommendations
* Prepare clear, concise reports in line with current legislation and guidance
* Support clients in implementing corrective actions and ongoing safety improvements
* Keep up to date with changes in UK regulations and industry standards
* Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders, and enforcement bodies where required
Requirements:
* Experience within property, facilities, or building management preferred
* ISO 45001 desirable
* Knowledge and experience of working within the hotel or residential industry
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Customer-focused with a professional approach
* Awareness of health & safety practices
* Competent in standard office software and administrative systems
